| Our Team A key strength at Supporting Customer Care is the breadth of expertise we bring to any project. Our core team has worked with many FTSE listed companies as well as new and developing businesses. As a result, we draw from many years of experience to support our clients with a flexible and creative style.
Kathy specialises in customer service and service recovery, having operated at a senior level within the retail environment, the motor industry and the utility arena. A certified NLP and SDI® practitioner, Kathy combines these tools with practitioner knowledge to bring depth and insight to client relationships. With a Diploma in Business Support, Kathy uses the ability to challenge in her coaching work with a range of individuals, from front line people through to senior managers. Tom has worked in contact centres, financial services, FMCG and the public sector. With an MBA from Cranfield University, Tom is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development as well as being qualified to deliver Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). He has delivered numerous projects at all levels within major organisations and his work in the Shell Customer Service Centre helped them to win an award at the European Call Centre Awards.
 Julia has nearly 20 years hands-on experience in sales management, personal development coaching, recruitment and training. Her career takes in a range of business fields including sales, marketing and retail in several market sectors and has been responsible for the recruitment, coaching and development of independent consultants and corporate staff at all levels. Graham draws on over two decades of experience in the world of education and now specialises in project planning and delivery as well as creative marketing. Also a member of the Mathematical Association, Graham works regularly with external examination bodies to provide external support as exam marker and team leader for examinations held here in the UK and across the world. He is also a Member of the Chartered Institute of Educational Assessors. Jo is an independent consultant who draws on over a decade of experience in the training and consultancy field. She specialises in project planning, programme design and behavioural recruitment. She has played a key role in a variety of large-scale development initiatives for clients including Cass, Mazda, Shell, Daf and Scottish & Newcastle. Prior to becoming an independent consultant Jo spent a number of years employed with an international consulting and training organisation We also draw from a team of over thirty experienced consultants for larger projects, according to their skills and expertise. For example, when working in Europe we use consultants who are fluent in the main European languages. | |
